The in-depth research concerned how education industry is changing and what is expected in near future. The focused areas were student’s expectations, parent’s expectations, teaching methods and schooling models, business models and channels of delivery. The study was conducted around 2017; 2 years before covid-19.
- It was evident that massive changes were expected in the education field. Like every other sector, the influence of technology could not be ruled out when it comes to education. Kalorex had a big opportunity given its absence in the digital space.
